Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Fulfil our contractual obligations;
- Conduct thorough due diligence to assess your suitability for any loans you are applying for.

- Improve our products and services;

We require your name and address to provide you with bridging loans for commercial and residential properties. We will inform you at the point of collecting information from you whether you are required to provide the information to us.

3. How we store your Personal Information
Your information is securely stored on our secure cloud-based file hosting service.
We retain personal information for the duration of your loan and an additional 6 years thereafter. We will then securely dispose of your information, destroying it electronically.
4. Your data protection rights relating to your information
