Oliver brings more than 25 years of experience in UK real estate investment and development having worked across both commercial and residential markets, with a particular emphasis on Prime Central London development and national investment transactions.

His expertise spans complex planning, change-of-use strategies, and large-scale development projects, frequently executed through joint ventures with institutions and family offices. This broad background allows him to take an active role in portfolio oversight, ensuring Unbranded Capital’s lending activity remains disciplined and aligned with its core investment principles.

Andrew brings over 25 years of experience as a principal developer and investor in the UK property market. He has executed transactions totaling approximately £200 million across the residential, office, hotel, student accommodation, retail, and industrial sectors.

His expertise spans medium-term investments, development-led opportunities, and short-term trading strategies. Andrew has invested equity on behalf of private investors and corporate joint venture partners, consistently delivering strong returns through projects under his direct management.

With a sharp eye for risk and structure, he plays a central role in underwriting and execution, drawing on a deep understanding of property fundamentals, funding mechanics, and legal frameworks.

Brendan has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, alongside a background in founding and scaling successful commercial businesses. He built and exited one of Europe's largest textile recycling companies and expanded a heritage retail brand - now recognised as one of the UK's oldest vintage clothing businesses.

Alongside these ventures, Brendan has developed a substantial UK property portfolio, with a focus on long-term value creation through active asset management and acquisition strategies. He brings a commercial, multi-sector perspective to the firm, contributing to both capital deployment and portfolio oversight.

Matthew is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience across both practice and industry. He began his career at Grant Thornton after graduating from the University of Edinburgh in 2013, qualifying as a CA and progressing to audit manager. During this time, he worked with both listed and private clients across a range of sectors, including real estate.

Prior to joining Unbranded Capital, Matthew served as Head of Finance at a private equity-backed textile recycling group, overseeing financial operations and reporting across a multi-site business.

Richard has over 25 years of experience across the leisure, hospitality, and real estate sectors. As both an operator and investor, he has held senior roles within several of the UK's most recognised leisure brands, including Butlins, Haven, and Hollywood Bowl.

He brings a combination of operational insight, real estate understanding, and financial market experience to the Unbranded Capital board.
